Blinds are not ‘Retro’.

  Okay, so those of us who are old enough to remember the seventies and eighties will know that some things were so incredibly typical of the time.  Space Hoppers, Twister, The A Team and Noel Edmunds Multi-coloured Swap Shop were all totally iconic.

  Now, the funny thing is that all of these things (and many more besides) have suddenly become highly fashionable again.  So if you thought that any of them were a bit naff at the time then you had better cover your eyes!

  But some things from that period evolved into far more tasteful items.  One prime example is window blinds.  At one time these were only available in a Venetian design and they would often be looked upon with distaste, but now it is a very different story.  They have been improved upon tremendously and they are now something to be desired!  They are incredibly easy to keep clean and are a very modern addition to any home.
